1974 Airstream Land Yacht (Trade Wind) 25′ for sale. I have owned this travel trailer for 5 years. All internal components (fridge, AC, electrical, plumbing, hot water, gas stove & oven) are fully functional/original excluding the furnace (have not used). We have replaced the air conditioner within the past 2 years & it has been used only a handful of times (brand new). We had the unit polished 3 years ago. There was a small leak towards the front corner of the trailer when purchased that is still present. We have replaced all subfloor and hardwood floating floor as a result (still a tad bit of top layer still needs to be installed, matching floor is included in the purchase though). The dinette has been removed due to working on the floor but is in dry storage and is included in the sale.
KT lock was removed after it was broken in order to gain access. Door needs a new handle/lock (see photos). The awning is in need of repair. The exterior of this unit is in great condition. There are no significant dents, scratches, etc. The lights all work, good tires, ready to be towed. I am looking to sell this unit ‘as is’.
