This 1974 Land Yacht has been completely gutted and refinished. The interior has new flooring, new paneling, new tin ceiling tile, new lighting, and a new heater/ac unit. The interior was redesigned for a mobile boutique, but could be turned back into a camper relatively easy.

New hitch, new tires, and it pulls perfectly!
