1974 31ft Excella 500

The following has been completed:
-shell off, re-powder coated frame replaced 2 cross members and reinforced welds throughout
-greased axles and re-packed bearings
-new automatic jack
-new running lights
-new belly pan
-new(formaldehyde free) subfloor
-restored all of the windows
-new black water tank(w/ new sensor)
-new grey water tank(w/ new sensor)
-new freshwater tank(w/ new sensor)
-new Havelock wool insulation(still in the box)
-brand new skins(still in the box)

**I also have very detailed, professionally drawn CAD design plans and layout that I am happy to include as well**

It was our family’s dream to restore this completely but unfortunately we entered a different season of life and it has fallen back on the priority list for us. This was all professionally done, NOT DIY. I have invested $35k into this and it is ready for some to finish building out the interior. My loss, your gain.
