This is a mostly original Airstream trailer. When I bought it from a dealer in 1998 I was told the previous owners had it from new, and lived in it for several years. They replaced the kitchen counter, and added the AC unit on the roof.
I have had many wonderful holidays in our silver bullet, but now divorce requires a sale.
Everything worked the last time it was taken on the road, but it has since sat for several years unmoved in the driveway, as extra storage and occasional guest room. I will put new tires on it, and yes, it will be emptied!
The bedroom is at the rear, with a very comfortable double bed and drawers underneath. You can walk all round both sides of the bed, and each side has a nightstand.
It has a Dometic fridge-freezer, oven with four burners, double sink, AC unit, heating system, original gas lights in bedroom and living room, pull-out sofa to create a second double bed, folding full-size dining table. It has a side bathroom, with shower, sink and WC. There is a full length pull-out sunshade, and similar shades for every window, with a tinted glass window screen at the front. There is a double propane tank cover at front, and a hydraulic jack.
There is an 8-track player installed, but I have never used it!
The skin is undented, and will polish up beautifully; unfortunately the neighbor’s trees have dropped crap onto it, but I’ve been told that it will come off.
