Exterior Condition Description: The exterior is in excellent used condition. Polished. Some nicks and small dents up front because of small rocks during travel. Everything works.

Aluminum Body Panels: Current owner has had the road side upper rear panel replaced by an Airstream specialist firm Avalon RV in Vallejo, CA

Roof Vents and Skylights: Three fantastic fans, one is automatic with a rain sensor. All are powered

Exterior Hatch Covers and Locks: All in place with locks. I have all the keys and they all work

Windows, Seals and Operators: All window seals are relatively new replaced 8 years ago. All regulators were removed and powder coated silver. One small fixed window near the door, the seal has been compromised, it does not leak. All window controllers operate.

Entrance Door: Door is in perfect condition. The lock was disassembled cleaned and rechromed. I have the correct keys

Awnings – Location and Condition: 1 main awning works, the fabric was replaced 8 years ago. Manual, works perfectly.

Front A-Frame Condition: excellent condition, no rust, painted black with anti rust chassis paint.

Rear Bumper / Exposed Frame Condition: Replaced rear bumper cover with diamond plate aluminum. No significant rust. It is structurally sound

Frame Condition: No apparent signs.

Sub Floor: No soft spots or holes.

Belly Pan: The belly pan is original as far as I know. No damaged or loose sections to my knowledge.

Interior Layout and Condition: The interior is in excellent condition. During our rehab, we gutted it to the exterior walls. Replaced all the walls, built new oak cabinets and counter tops (copper), with drawers and doors. It has a standard size bed, and a fold down dinette bed. All new upholstered cushions and curtains and room dividers.

Dinette Style and Location: Fold down, copper table surface.

Bathroom Location and Style: Bathroom in the rear. separate shower. We had the counter top, sink and shower floor sprayed with a flat epoxy coating. All fixtures were replaced in bronze color.

Smoking? : No

Pets?: Yes. we have a small Westie, house broken, never an accident in the trailer. They do not shed and are hypoallergenic.

Sleeping Areas?: Sleeps 4 adults. Two in the dinette area and two on the pull out convertible couch. All foam was replaced during rehab. We also have a feather bed topper which makes it very comfortable.

Mattress and Sleeping Surfaces: 8 years, dense foam, perfect condition, very comfortable

Interior Soft Surfaces: – Cushions / Fabrics / Upholstery:: Updated, no noticeable wear marks

Curtains and Blinds: Upgraded, pull down retractable sun block blinds with custom valances. All work as they should. Appearance is excellent.

Interior Walls: Repainted with high grade washable paint. no repair or damage was done.

Cabinets, Doors and Counters: All lower cabinets were replaced and are painted oak. There is a built in wine rack above the refrigerator and below the microwave. All counters are hammered copper. Excellent condition.

Floor Coverings: Replaced original with a peel and stick lino, then added a tight weave carpet on top in most of the living area.

Stove and Oven: No oven, Microwave. Single electric induction plate inside and two burner propane stove outside.

Refrigerator: Dometic Refer. Electric and gas operation.

Furnace / Space Heater: No furnace. Two space heaters. One gas, one electric.

Other Appliances: Microwave, A/C works

Plumbing – Water Lines, Water Pump: Pex water lines, water pump is updated and works fine. No leaks or issues. I had a pex leak in the bathroom that was repaired.

Hot Water Heater: Tank, 10 gallon, Atwood, gas

Sinks and Taps: Kitchen sink is black and was replaced. The bathroom sink is original, has been epoxy coated to look like granite.

Water Leaks? Water Damage? Mold or Mildew: Not to my knowledge

Fresh Water Tank: Original good condition

Gray Water Tank: original works fine, was flushed by Avalon R/V

Black Water Tank: Original, works fine, was flushed

Exterior Water and Sewer Connections: All hook ups work fine. I have a carbon filter for water and newer sewer dump hose and fittings.

Air Conditioner: One, original, works. The direction vents are loose. 30 amp required.

Electrical Service: One connection point, 30 amp, original

Solar / Batteries / Inverter / Converter: Lithium ion battery

Sound System / WiFi / Connectivity: Upgraded, CD player, four original speakers. works excellent.
