Since 2016, Perpetually Devastated has been creating hand-crafted pieces of vintage Americana in the form of living art Airstream travel trailers. Our work has been featured in Dwell, 1859, Adventure Journal, and more. We primarily work on Airstreams from the 1970’s and 1980’s, up to 30’ long. These photos are from previous projects.

Working with us means top-of-the-line service from vetting to delivery:

– Vetting and sourcing: calling on our experience and the network we’ve established with buyers and sellers across the country, we will find a high quality Airstream and use our trusted shippers to safely move it to our production facility.

– System upgrades: removal of old systems and building and installation of new, featuring state of the art technology, including but not limited to water, electricity, propane, plumbing, weather proofing, etc.

– Custom interiors: we work with you to establish a vision for your Airstream interior based on your personal style and intended use. Previous projects have included hand-painted murals by acclaimed artists, reclaimed woodcraft flooring, custom cabinetry, hand patinated and hammered copper countertops, wood-wrapped walls, and more.

Please note that full renovations are not inexpensive (roughly $700-$1,000/sq ft); they require thousands of hours of specialized labor, quality sustainable materials, and more. Timelines and budgets reflect project complexity. Please provide as much information as you can, and we’ll be in touch.
