This 1975 Airstream International Land Yacht Sovereign is a 31′ one of a kind, completely renovated, airstream that revamps the original floor plan. It features a front lounge area built around a 4ft costa Rica snake wood table that converts to a king size bed. The table base is remotely operated to lift and retract to the desired height. The brand new, professionally made seat cushions are 6’’ thick and are incredibly comfortable to sit or sleep on. The coverers are removable as needed for cleaning.

The full-size kitchen has a 28’’ deep sink, four burner stover and a 10.1 cubic ft fridge. There are over a dozen painted cabinets with an Acadia butcher block countertop and four custom made overhead cabinets made with a stylish design that store the original 1975 control panel.

There are two twin beds located between the kitchen and bathroom that are separated by two privacy curtains. Each bed sits on top of the original 3 section sliding door storage drawers and are covered by the original two section overhead storage cabinets.

The bathroom is truly a one of a kind set up. It features a 48’’ long by 24’’ wide tile shower. Designed with black stone floor and seat top and green subway stye tiles. The Shower is integrated into the olivewood vanity top. The bathroom also consists of a no bowl rv toilet and large storage/ clothes closet.

Everything in the rv is less than a year old. Including max air fans, fridge, propane water heater, water pump, propane space heater, stove, mattresses, cushions, faucets, batteries, 3000w inverter, solar panels, flooring and cabinetry.

The electrical system features an AC/DC electrical system that powers the lights, water pump, AC unit and outlets and a gas system that powers the water and space heater as well as the stove. This airstream was designed to be an on the road travel trailer, Airbnb or livable space. The airstream was designed to operate on or off grid.

The entire electrical system was replaced with a combined AC/DC system featuring a 3000W renogy inverter/charger, 40amp charge controller, 300amp hrs of batteries, and 200 Watts solar. It also features a new 15000BTU dometic freshjet 3 AC unit. The system operates off a 30amp shore power connection when.

All plumbing has been replaced with pex pipe and brass connectors. The system is powered by a new DC water pump that is supplied by the 50-gallon water tank that drains to a 30 gal gray water tank and a 20 gal black water tank.

All rubber seals on the windows and doors have been replaced. All seams and roof rivets have been sealed with a metal-on-metal seal. Most exterior lights have been replaced with modern LEDs.
