Gorgeous 31′ Airstream Sovereign is ready for customization. If you want to skip ahead and avoid some of the most difficult and painstaking parts of a vintage remodel, this one is perfect. All areas of the frame have been redone. New 30# propane tanks, new gas lines and valves, new regulator, new Michelin tires and rims, new hot water heater, new outside vents (2 with power), new digital TV antenna. Inside was completely stripped to studs, new insulation, new plumbing, new electrical, new ac/heater, new sub floor and vinyl plank floors, memory foam mattresses, smart TV. Center bath and rear twin beds. Completely Polished. Original manual along with some new info books. All she needs is a cabinet buildout and she’s ready for the road. Clear title. The previous owner spent 3 years doing all the work. Did a basic interior buildout and road tested it a couple of times. My plan was a major upgrade and customization for full time living and working. Unfortunately, circumstances changed and I realized as a single person, it was probably more than I could handle on my own. All the rough in is still there and although my demo work made it less valuable than it was when I got it, it’s in great shape and won’t take much to get it back to glory.
