Remodeled 1975 Airstream which I’ve enjoyed as the perfect tiny home.

A trailer shop did all the foundational work including: repairing frame and belly pan, replacing all electrical and 50 amp plug, all new insulation and new aluminum interior skins, replaced subfloor where needed, new vinyl plank flooring installed, and new interior and exterior propane lines, installed new grey water tank and fresh water tank.

We renovated the interior including:
custom birch cabinets and walls; hydraulic lift queen bed frame, large kraus sink, 2 burner propane summit stovetop, electric apartment sized fridge, new propane tankless water heater, airhead composting toilet, all new PEX plumbing, new city water inlet, 2 new maxxAir fans and 1 fantastic fan, sliding barn door for bathroom.

Shower is not complete and we are not planning on finishing it before selling. The plumbing is set with the drain in place, the floor is sloped, and routed into the grey tank; but tiling has not been completed nor does it have fixtures.

The Airstream was polished 3 years ago.

It has been parked for the last year in Seattle where I’ve been living in it full time.
