1975 Vintage 31 foot. Her name is Grace and she lives up to the name. Inside of her you will find peace, beauty, order, efficiency and the great Airstream light beaming through. Completely gutted and professionally renovated from the frame up (with a few exceptions listed below). Designed as a movable tiny home, a turnkey guest house or a deluxe airbnb. She’ll be a stunning addition to your property, highly sought after. Or take her with you on your travels.

Like many novice RVers, we needed to experience the open road to know what kind of unit best suits us. We planned to live full time in whatever unit we had so we went big, wanted beautiful design and a full kitchen. With experience behind us, we can see that a vintage 31 foot Airstream is in heavy demand as a home and a vacation space, but is not so suited to travelling rugged roads. So we will move on, but not until we find the perfect next adventure for Grace.

Original axels – we had them assessed and the mechanic said they were better than new ones
original hitch
tanks – they were assessed, no leaks, work fine, but the tank sensors are unreliable
awning – fabric is in great shape but the arms have some bends so it is doable but inefficient to open the awning
the awning is also too short

We invested 100,000 US/128,000 CDN into Grace.
