This 1976 Argosy 20ft is a vintage trailer and a time capsule. It has not been used much in the last 15 years, but we have tested all the components we could test and replaced a few items.

It’s nearly entirely original with a exceptions noted below.
Items replaced:
• New tires
• New water pump (new old stock of original JABSCO pump)
• Replaced water pump switch
• Replaced paper towel holder
• Electrical was redone at some point in its life and the shore power 120V has a circuit breaker
• Replaced battery
• Had new keys made for every lock
• New AC Shroud modified to fit Dometic unit

Original aesthetic and parts:
• Original 70’s orange cushions and covers, but are becoming threadbare so we have aftermarket covers over the cushions.
• Original Dometic fridge (works, and smells like its age)
• Original range stove (gas works)
• Original Dometic AC unit (works)
• Water lines are original copper lines, one small leak from water pump to hot water heater
• Original bathroom, toilet and shower work, shower has a leak in the line that can be fixed with a new gasket
• Original counters, kitchen sink, table, and storage doors
• Original furnace (works)
• Original hot water heater (works)
• 12V is still a fuse box
• Original paint (needs some work, see pictures)
• Original owner’s manual and appliance documentation
• Clean title in hand
Other notes:
• All interior and exterior lights have been tested plugged into a vehicle (one reverse light and one rear light is out but we are planning to fix that)
• Fold out steps have been oiled for ease of use
• No cracks or leaks on the exterior
• The door latches close but needs a decent push to make sure it latches.
• Hooks up to shore power just fine
• Water flows out of all sinks and shower.
• Some of the plastic trim is curling up/lifting up (see photos)

Overall, it’s in great shape for its age and would be perfect for someone who is in love with the 1970’s aesthetic. It would benefit from some additional TLC like a new paint job and changing out the plumbing to PEX lines, but it is functional as-is.
It’s very rare to find a 20ft Argosy that still looks like this and functions. I believe this was the last year they made this model before they started making the Minuet. This is not a Minuet.
