renovation began- gutted with
frame welded, subfloor
replaced, electric almost
complete, plumbing (pex pipe)
started. Some windows
resealed, AC, new fan,
antenna, insulation, and
skylight. All new clearance
and running lights. Outside
sanded for painting.
