This 1976 Airstream Sovereign Land Yacht has been meticulously restored and upgraded with modern conveniences while maintaining its classic charm.

Here’s what has been done so far:

**Features & Upgrades:**
– Completely gutted down to the bare aluminum and reinsulated with fireproof insulation.
– Fully rewired and replumbed for modern efficiency.
– Working air conditioning unit; electrical works when plugged in.
– Can run off a marine-grade battery (needs replacement since it hasn’t been trickle charging).
– All new trailer appliances including full size refrigerator, electrical box, shower floor pan, Natures Head composting toilet, water heater, and sink, etc.
– Dinette and bed with shocks have been rebuilt.
– Brand new window screens and hardwood cork insulated flooring.
– New tires, interior paint, ceiling lights, and hand-built cabinets with custom hardware. Used all birch wood for cabinetry.

**What Still Needs to Be Done:**
– Shower needs to be finished (tile and Hardy board) – plumbing is already set up and all Sharkbite fitting and Pex is in a box ready to assemble.
– Butcherblock Countertops and a camping stove need to be installed. Stove included, butcher block not included.
– All materials to complete the renovation are included – appliances, birch wood, hardware, and more.

**Why I’m Selling:**
My ex fiancé and I invested a lot of time, money, and love into this Airstream, but due to unforeseen circumstances and separation, we can’t finish the project. It’s currently in Salt Lake City Utah and I live in Utah so I don’t have the time to finish it. I’d really like it to go to a good home.
