Clean Texas Title. Lived in Texas until a few years ago so minimal rust, and I haven’t felt any weaknesses in chassis.
I originally planned to do a shell of restoration but like so many before me, life changed and plans changed and I’m ready to admit I won’t finish her anytime soon. For those interested in doing a full reno (not just slapping paint on the interior and ignoring leaks), countless hours are done for you. Interior gutted, windows apart and ready to be refurbed, all frames there, interior skins intact to be remounted. All the pieces are here, I didn’t throw anything away except particle boards items. Good tires with only about 1000 miles on them. Belly pan in good shape. Comes with awnings. Comes with all window glass and frames.
Next step is finishing windows and putting back in, replacing subfloor, then insulating, interior walls, electrical, and the fun part–building it out.
$5500 includes a brand new pneumatic rivet gun and bucking bar kit. ($400 value).
You’ll want to slap some plywood or chicken wire over wheel wells and put some 2×4’s bracing the inside of the shell in order to tow, but other than that it’s ready to go.
Open to reasonable offers. My price is based on airstreams that need full Reno’s being listed at $8500-$20k. I’m trying to not lose tons of money on this abandoned project, so please don’t lowball me.
Sold AS-IS. All sales final. Buyer must pick up.
