***Everything works really well, except it does not have a stove/oven, and furnace needs a new thermostat. The rear hatch door (for sewage) is also loose – just needs a couple of new rivets. Tows great, but brakes do not work. Door lock is inop ***

No cracks in windows, all open easily – some have debris between the glass panes.

Dent in roof above rear window – not on any structural ribs – can be popped out (see photos)

All original roller cabinet doors are in good shape and functional 👍🏼 Even the original radio still works! 😃

Great condition for the year – would make for an awesome tiny home!
