Propane furnace, range and water heater. New larger refrigerator is all electric but can run on battery with the inverter.
We estimate the weight to be around 8000 lb, and have pulled it easily with our Ford f350 through the mountains.
In the interest of full disclosure the windows do not leak, but the tint between the double panes has crumbled or bubbled between the panes. This can be fixed but we haven’t done it yet. Front and back windows are fine, screens intact, too.
