Ownership History: Purchased motorhome in 2002 from mechanic in Fort Collins, CO. Not sure of history prior to our purchase, but believe mechanic owed the motorhome for 10 to 15 years.

Exterior Condition Description:: Original paint stripped and aluminum exterior polished, except for painted end caps and painted white top. No dents. Some minor road rash dimples and scratches.

Roof Vents and Skylights: : Roof vents replaced and painted. Two new fantastic fans.

Exterior Hatch Covers and Locks:: All present and working with keys.

Windows, Seals and Operators: : Fuzzy channels need to be replaced on driver and passenger windows (have material, still need to install). Vista view window is sealed but needs some cosmetic repairs. All other windows and screens work well.

Entrance Door: : No damage. New latch, lock, deadbolt. Keys available (same as 1973 Argosy 24′ trailer being sold concurrently with motorhome).

Awnings – Location and Condition:: Yes, brown stripe, good condition Zip-Dee, manual.

Front A-Frame Condition:: Not applicable.

Rear Bumper / Exposed Frame Condition:: No damage, no rust, structurally sound.

Frame Condition:: Good shape, minimal surface rust.

Sub Floor:: One section replaced by passenger side due to water entering from below. Repaired.

Interior Layout and Condition:: See photo. Rear bathroom, separate shower, toilet, sink, two closets, pantry, fridge, four-burner stove, kitchen sink, couch pulls out into 40″ bed, two captain chairs, one cocktail chair with dining table between captain chair and cocktail chair. Engine cover between two captain chairs.

Dinette Style and Location:: Table on pole, laminate.

Bathroom Location and Style:: Rear, in good condition. Some discloration on bathroom floor (can be painted).

Curtains and Blinds: : New bathroom curtain. Window curtains replaced with light cotton turquoise material.

Interior Walls: : Most original vinyl laminate replaced with aluminum. Two sections still remain that need replacing. Need to finish polishing inside panels to remove installation smudges and fingerprints.

Cabinets, Doors and Counters: : New laminate counter. Original tamber doors except for new door fronts under bed.

Floor Coverings:: New vinyl plank flooring.

Stove and Oven:: Original Magic Chef, gas only, three-burner, works well.

Refrigerator:: Original Dometic works well on electric and gas, has some discoloration inside.

Furnace / Space Heater:: Original furnace well maintained, works great (gas only).

Other Appliances:: None

Plumbing – Water Lines, Water Pump:: Original pex, newer water pump, leak in toilet repaired; had a bit of flooding one year on spring start-up, which was repaired. No resulting mold or damage.

Hot Water Heater:: New, works great, gas.

Sinks and Taps: : Original sinks, new taps, no leaks, work sell.
Toilet:: Phetford toilet rebuilt with new raised floor in aluminum. Works well

Water Leaks? Water Damage? Mold or Mildew:: No known mold or mildew.
Some minor leaks in the past that have been repaired.

Fresh Water Tank:: Original 35 gallon, good condition.

Gray Water Tank: Original 11 gal, good condition.

Black Water Tank:: Original 25 gal, good condition.

Exterior Water and Sewer Connections:: All connections have been rebuilt as necessary. All in good condition. All working.

Air Conditioner:: No air conditioner on top, but replaced compressor for engine air conditioner and new duct work for 134 refridgerent (blows 38 degree air).

Electrical Service:: Original 30 amp, one connection point. New 140 amp charge wizard. Works well.

Solar / Batteries / Inverter / Converter:: Two 160 watt panels, charge controller, 40 amp charge wizard, two solar batteries, one engine battery, all new in 2023. Solar capacity 320 watts, flexible panel roof mount.

Sound System / WiFi / Connectivity:: Couple of USB plugs, couple of electrical outlets, original radio/cassette player (sort of works), two new speakers. Outside electric outlet.

LP / Propane System – Tanks, Hoses, Regulator:: Permanently mounted original propane tank. New Fisher B602H propane tank valve regulator installed. Not certified, butpropane tanks permanently mounted in motorhomes are made with a heavier thicker metal wall and do not need certification but should be visually inspected regularly for corrosion/rust or other damage. No known issues.

Any additional owner comments?: In addition to answers in this questionnaire, this motorhome has about 119,000 miles on the original 454 Chevy engine, P30 chassis with a turbo 400 transmission. The motorhome was used as a daily driver for two months in April and May 2023 to test working components. It has been over the continental divide several times in 2023, regularly towed a 24′ Argosy trailer from Fort Collins to Salida, Colorado and other destinations in 2023, all with no engine or transmission issues. The motorhome comes with the original owners’ and drivers’ manual and original Argosy manual. New front shocks and steering damper, carrier rack for bicycles interchangeable on front and back, all interior lighting converted to LED, lighted switches for outdoor lights, dashboard rebuilt, new window screens, new bed frame pullout, new seat belts, new Road King TV antenna, fresh white paint on roof, new radiator, new engine water pump, new thermostat, new hoses and belts, new engine air conditioner compressor with modern refrigerent. Original stainless steel hub caps, polished. Appraisal for insurance purposes came in at $63,250 in July 2022.
