Clean title

New tires
Electric breaks work.
Exterior lights work.
A/C, Stove, Refrigerator, Furnace, Radio, After market microwave, Vents, Windows, all in working condition
water lines were replaced with pex by Previous owner.
Nice exterior no dents.
Some of the wood in the cabinets would need replaced. Probably will need new upholstery

Haven’t tried the water heater or toilet.
