The subfloor has been replaced with marine grade plywood and much of the problematic copper has been removed; the subfloor is now covered by a beautiful dark luxury vinyl plank To this point I’ve had both an electrician and a plumber come and help; pex plumbing, a new fuse, and led energy saving systems have been installed. To help you finish up, I have lots of components that I intend to sell with the argosy itself including: LED lights for the overhead lighting, a retro white & gold mini fridge, a shower head, exterior enamel paint, a new in box short queen mattress, RV table, original metal banana wrap replacement, a new and the original sink, new faucet and space saving soap dispenser, butcher block counters, camper cover, and more! I can also provide the stove if desired; the previous owners removed it and neither they or I have tested if it works. Just these additional items are worth about $2500.
