If you are looking for a retro Airstream with modern amenities capable of extended off-grid adventures, this is the perfect option for you! This Airstream underwent a full, shell-off renovation (including a brand-new frame) and is ready to hit the road for your next adventure. Built as a tiny home alternative that can also be used as a travel trailer, this Airstream was designed with full-time living and adventuring in mind.

A propane stove / oven, 1,200 watts of solar, 600 amp hours of Battleborn lithium-ion batteries, Nature’s Head composting toilet, and a 45-gallon fresh-water tank and 37-gallon grey-water tank (both located inside the Airstream) allow for four-season fully functional living / camping. An efficient mini split enables you to cool or heat the Airstream when desired. You can run the system (fridge, 4 ceiling fans, water pump, lights, outlets, etc.) entirely off of solar (without ever needing to plug into shore power or pull out the generator) if you use the mini split selectively. The exterior is purposefully not polished to allow for more understated, stealth living / camping. From a capabilities and quality standpoint, this Airstream is better than new.

This Airstream is perfect for full-time living (be it at a RV-park or off-grid or a mix of both), cross-country travel (it tows like a dream!), weekend camping (without worrying about reserving a site with amenities), or renting out on Airbnb or VRBO (retro Airstreams do very well on these sites). We’ve done it all but are transitioning from being full-time Airstream dwellers to weekend warriors and no longer need an Airstream of this size / capability.
