Meet Argo! A 1978 Airstream Argosy Minuet 20’

She is a TOTALLY off-grid ready, rock-solid tiny home on wheels, ready for so much more adventure. We’ve listed lots of details below, but some highlights are a new axle, wheels and tires, lithium batteries, solar, composting toilet, instant, tankless hot water heater (it rocks) a diesel heater for cold nights, fresh paint, and more.

Why would we sell this gorgeous trailer? Well, we’re expecting a baby, and we already have a dog, and we’d like just a foot or two more room to grow in to! This is great for an adventurous couple, solo traveler, weekend warrior, or even for years of full-time travel.

Awesome New Equipment:

New axle – replaced 2023 – Dexter #11 Torsion Axle rated at 3,500lbs + new shocks, ez-lube bearings, and never adjust brakes. (The #11 Axle is structurally capable of handling 5,000+lbs, and is a very safe axle. The 3,500lb rating speaks specifically to the density of the rubber built into the torsion component of the axle. If we went with a heavier weight, the suspension would be too stiff and could damage the rig. This does not mean that the rig, which is 2,800lbs is dangerously close to the axle’s limit. This new axle is a beast compared to the original duratorque axle that we removed)
