I am selling the Argo to move on to something slightly bigger. It has a few upgrades:

New toilet
New water heater
New PEX plumbing
Working furnace
Working water pump
No leaks in tanks

Issues:
– Damaged awning
– No factory A/C
– Tattered Gaucho
– Dry rotten tires *
– damaged Subfloor-from leaks*

*I plan on paying for tires, the subfloor repairs and seal the leaks for whomever buys the unit. I’m willing to do this since I didn’t know about these issues when I purchased the trailer and would like to ease the process for the next owner.

I pulled the old carpet off to do wooden flooring but never got to it. I’ll be happy to answer any questions. I’m asking for $15000 OBO. Thank you!
