Bought in 2015 from original owners estate in San Bernardino CA. Replaced rear airbags, Supersteer steering linkage, shocks, brake calipers, hoses, master cyl. AC compressor and hoses. Fuel pump, dist, H20 pump, Edelbrock carb, alt, starter, blower motor. rebuilt transmission (January 2020). Installed Gear Vendor overdrive in Oct 2019. Shortened driveshaft, new u joints and center hanger. Dakota digital Cruise control, Classic radio. LED clearance lights, poly sway bar bushings. Rear drums pulled grease seals, brake shoes and wheel cylinders replaced. Engine replaced with GM factory remanufactured long block at 93 K miles. New mufflers and tail pipes. New oil press, H20 temp and Voltmeter.

October 2020 packed front wheel bearings, changed engine oil, oil filter and Gear Vendors overdrive oil. Replaced front air bags.

Replaced front seats.

The Gear Vendors overdrive reduces engine RPM from 2800 to about 2200 at 60 MPH. Makes cabin much quieter.

Rear tires at 50 percent.

Replaced, rear A/C, H20 pump, furnace, facets, dump valves, Univolt, entrance steps. Installed Laun floor on top of original floor installed vinyl flooring. Insolated forward cabin floor, carpeted and trimmed cab area. Custom reupholstered couch and trim panels. Converted rear bed with new IKEA full size mattress and additional storage underneath. Custom mounted Samsung TV wired for cable.

Current rear windows installed by original owner. Have original rear side windows, included with sale.

Original NuTone Food center blender and mixer. Never used.

Garaged for most of life in San Bernardino, CA. Frame is still about 75 percent black paint.
