This is a super cute family camper! My husband and I are needing to expand our home since our little ones are growing up. Unfortunately, in order to do that, we’re having to sell our Airstream to help with the finances. We came across this camper in an abandoned RV lot. It had been vacant for years so as you can imagine, it needed a lot of work. The interior has been completely remodeled along with new flooring placed throughout. The front bedding area has a wooden frame built to fit a regular queen sized mattress. The kitchen area had to be gutted and completely rebuilt along with new water lines. We bought a new fridge, but the pantry area around it is original. The twin bedding area is all original. The bathroom only needed a fresh coat of paint and a new toilet. We gave the entire interior a fresh paint job. The holding tank for the septic has been completely redone. About 75% of all the water lines have been replaced. My husband added a small storage area on the back of the camper. All windows are original. We replaced the tires this year. Since it was left vacant, there are still a few minor cosmetic things to be fixed. We have been camping in it for five years now and work on fixing small things every year.
