Considering selling our home away from home. Our 1978 31’ Airstream is in excellent shape. I’ve owned this beauty for 4 years…living in it for three of the four. I updated the vast majority of the airstream including the following:
-removed and replaced the only portion of subfloor with any water damage (leak was at front battery access panels that I’ve since sealed)
-installed waterproof vinyl flooring throughout
-built custom dinette in the front half of the airstream with TONS of storage (dinette can be a large sectional, a huge table, or a California king sized bed)
-Rewired for 50 amp shore power (optional adapter for 30 amp)
-installed washer and dryer (110v)
-Tied washer into gray water…vented dryer outside
-several cosmetic improvements to interior

Will include Vinyl skirting (paid $1000 for it)
Tires are in good shape (bearings packed in December, 2022)
Clean title, -owners manual inc. open to trades (especially a skoolie)
