1985 Exterior aluminum skin dents repaired, stripped, polished with new clear coat applied; roof inspected, serviced and painted gray; brakes, wheel bearing, shocks serviced; Sharp Carousel microwave oven installed (still works great!)

1988 New upholstery and carpet; new 6 gal water heater installed

1989 Shower pan replaced, New Zip Dee awnings both sides; Exterior maintenance; door gaskets replaced; general interior repair; 2 tambour doors replaced …Toscanos RV in Los Banos, CA has been excellent with all of their interior and exterior work on our trailer.

2006 New license plate holder; several window locks replaced; new rear bumper which should have been replaced in 2004 with the exterior work; roof inspected and serviced

2012 Thetford Aqua Magic toilet installed

2021 New marine battery; new tires (4); Trailer Inspection done by Brown’s RV Trailer Hitch: 110v electrical system functioning; AC/Heater very good; Water system pressure tested, no leaks; propane system pressured tested with new pressure regulator and LPG hoses at the tanks; inspected and service all appliances; propane stove and oven operate properly; toilet operates properly and in very good condition; all exterior lights functioning; brakes cleaned and adjusted; serviced wheel bearings in very good condition; black and gray water holding tanks in working order; trailer frame inspected and is straight and solid. Recommend refrigerator replacement but does operate on electricity.

Refrigerator is a 1977 Dometic still operates on electricity only.
All original windows, no leakage. 2 windows have sun damage to the reflective film inside.
One ceiling vent doesn’t close entirely but no leaking.
The original interior is clean; ready for camping. Stays nice, warm & dry in the winter and cool in summer. Free of vermin, insects and mildew/mold. Easy to clean.
Two minor dents on exterior.
The exhaust blower and stove/oven work great.
Well designed galley kitchen with a pull out shelf, drawers & plenty of storage. Spice rack and one overhead cabinet needs securing.
The control panel is functional, modern for its time!
Mattresses are 4″ firm foam
The shower works real fine.
Extensive storage throughout The wardrobe closet is 6′ wide.

The original owner had the credenza shortened to accommodate a freezer. We removed the freezer.
