New Tires put on 10/12/22
Wheel Bearings were cleaned and repacked on 10/17/22
Subfloor was replaced with 5/8 x 4 x 8 plywood
Full sheets were laid down and the edges were routed to fit into the channel. Both curves are exposed (Those still need to be done) At the front end there’s all the old electrical which was not touched but it is all original and definitely needs to be replaced
Underneath the new subfloor there is New Pink R21 insulation

The Water Heater is an Atwood/Dometic 6GA purchased 9/23/22, still hasn’t been used yet because it needs to be connected to power for the DSI (Direct Spark Ignition)
Atwood 91859 Water Heater Switch Package Kit purchased 9/30/22

The water pump is a Remco 55AQUAJET Aqua Jet H20 Pump 3.4 Gem 12V

Refrigerator is a Frigidaire 11.6 Cu. Ft. Compact ADA Top Freezer purchased 11/01/22
Asurion 5 year Major Appliance Protection purchased 11/01/22 and its transferrable

Replaced tongue jack with New Manual Tongue Jack on 10/14/22

It has two FULL propane tanks

All windows work (open and close)

The old water system was taken out and replaced with new pex and there are fittings with shut off valves for the kitchen sink, shower with a diverter (you can turn on hot and cold water separately well, once the new water heater is connected to electric) and the bathroom sink. The connections are there (clear for cold and red for hot)

I have the original 1979 Airstream Service Manual and also the original 1979 Excella 500 Owners Manual.

I have all the receipts for you. I have clean title in hand and registration was paid for on 10/05/22 and is good until 10/05/2024 and a new license plate and tags that hasn’t been put on.
