An AIRSTREAM! Yes. I scream, Airstream!

I joined the club in 2013 and it has been an epic ride with lady Sovereign. 48 states, nearly a decade, loves lost, new friends discovered and old friends visited. I must now say, I ll see you later Lady S, not goodbye, not hit the road that would be too painful.

This is the 1st of 2 airstreams I have owned. I didn t know a damn thing about rv s or airstreams when we decided on a camper to go to burning man in. Not long after that we were driving 3 hours north into Wyoming to pick up this Land Yacht. I sure learned a lot about airstreams and the rv life. I don t recommend a vintage airstream for someone that isn t relatively handy. At times it seems like a lot of work if you are on the road, and other times you channel the energy from Lady S,and airstreams of past and future, and feel as though it was your purpose on this planet to back her up like a boss and drop anchor. I got to the point that I could get her parked, stabilised, connected to shore water and power and start cooking dinner in about 20 min. She has driven through redwood trees, stayed on the beach, driven through DC and Chicago during rush hour, had many trips around Colorado and over mountain passes. On a rainy day at the sand dunes, just sitting at the table with your love and another couple, seeing the epic view through the big front window, listening to sound of rain on metal and playing cards can be such a special experience. Or waking up to snow all around you and your first move is to cook breakfast. And falling asleep to the sound of rain striking the airstream aluminium should be on your bucket list.

She s been to Wibdey Island in washington and even Canada for a minute .that s a whole other story.

She needs to live on in glory and have an owner that loves her, and adventure, as much as myself.

I ve been remodeling her and she has come to a good spot. Ready to hit the road or park and use.

New or new as of the past 5 years;

shower that has been expanded from original As a taller person at 6 2 I felt a bit claustrophobic at times in the bath. I expanded it and eliminated most of the closet that sat behind it Bathroom sink, toilet, hot water heater, 2 futons, fridge, cabinets, Luxury Vinyl Planks, plumbing updated before me to Pex, all new paint on nearly every surface.

There is some wall art in the bathroom that still exists. It is mostly cartoons from a 1975 Playboy magazine. I thought it fitting and funny. Apologies if it is offensive to you. I can remove for determined buyer.

Still original, and functional: black water tank, grey water tank, fresh water tank, kitchen sink, oven, 3 burner stove, electrical and numerous lights, furnace, electric, wall plugs,electric Jack stand, awning fabric, 2 small tears but looks great, sensors for all tanks, waste dump,

Could use some repair: exterior has a couple dents and dings and faded clear coat (I personally prefer the less shiny airstream, but with the right polish and plenty of elbow grease, this girl will shine like a mirror) screen door was taken off, but still have it, 2 of the 4 trailer tires could be replaced, original door handle, the metal pole on the Zip Dee awning needs replaced, it bent because of weather, we think so we no longer have it, 2 of the 4 stabilisers need repair,
