This 1980 Excella has been used as guest quarters on our property for the past 4 years. Its in remarkable, clean, but original condition and its time for me to let someone else take it on the road. Great things about this trailer include like new awnings, working plumbing AC and electrical. Prior to bringing it here we had general maintenance work completed to make sure it was road safe, placed a double bed in the back with a great mattress, and made sure all systems worked.

Today it needs a new fridge, and the small shower is not working. The tires – while new 4 years ago, have not been on the road since being installed, so I would strongly recommend replacement. These items have been considered in the price.
