This beautiful trailer was purchased as a shared hobby project to renovate and use as a tiny home. Sadly, life and kids and time has changed our plans for this beauty. Our loss will definitely be your gain. This beast passed a head to toe inspection for leaks and electrical by Complete RV in Cedar Creek . We gutted the trailer and painted the interior walls white with an oil based paint. We installed a brand new air conditioner, new gas stove/oven , kitchen sink, bathroom vent fan, and all new tires . All of the original flooring was pulled up for inspection and replaced with glue down vinyl planking. We built a new wrap around couch in the front room that converts to two twin beds with custom made upholstery.
The rear bedroom has a custom built queen bed. The bathroom is currently unfinished, the existing plumbing was replaced with new PEX tubing and adapted to fit all new appliances purchased for the bathroom. RV comes with brand new toilet, ceramic sink, counter ready for installation. This RV is perfect for towing or as a tiny home and won’t last long. Willing to entertain any reasonable offers.
