I bought this unit to gut, paint, hardwood floor, put a new AC on it and turn into an office/guest bedroom. But we bought a house that will not store a trailer this long, so we got a 20’er, and putting this back out there to the next enthusiast to refurbish and enjoy. Supposedly the A/C and heater still work, but I have not verified that. The body on this unit is pretty darn straight. It needs a cover for the Heater and some running light covers for exterior cosmetic improvement. It is mostly gutted, but I have not thrown away some of the trim and cabinets just in case the next owner wants to use them for part of their rebuild.

I have looked all over the state and really wanted this unit to work for us, but we had to go with a 20 footer for our new spot. Our change of plans is your gain.
