1981 RB Excella Limited 31 foot Airstream. This trailer is in great shape and is about 65% original and 35% remodeled. Upgrades include a new AC unit, a new mid-size refrigerator, a tank-less water heater, & a new heater furnace. The floors have been tiled and some other cosmetic upgrades have been done such as the sink and bathroom faucets, shower walls, paint & valances.

The previous owners (friends of ours) bought the trailer in original condition and did the majority of the upgrades/remodeling. They eventually bought a class A RV and sold us the Airstream. Title is clean and in hand, no liens.

The two original 40 lb (10 Gallon) propane tanks are under the original shroud. The awning is original with no holes or tears. We also have the matching chairs that will be included.

Part of the front “horseshoe” inside was removed to make room for a futon/couch (see pics). The rear bed has a custom full size bed frame. It has a large double closet in the hallway across from the bathroom. The front fold-down dining table is original and in place. All the cabinets are original.

A Winegard Wi-Fi extender was installed on the roof of the trailer.

The furniture and items shown in the pictures are NOT included (except for the custom bed frame).
