Designed by HofArc Architect in California and restored by a vintage trailer professional, this unit was bought by a local Okanagan Winemaker in British Columbia in 2006. Very gently used, it is in great condition!

DESIGN HIGHLIGHTS

The inclosed rear bedroom has a new double size memory foam bed. She has a fully operational renovated bathroom. The original kitchen is in great running order with all the original cabinets. New bamboo counters and bamboo flooring was added for a touch of modernism.

All of the electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems have been inspected by a qualified vintage restoration company, and are in proper working condition or have been replaced new. There’s ample storage, sleeping spaces, and dining options for a family of up to four.
