Structurally sound, minor rot in front driver side, needs small subfloor patch there. Axles, brakes, tires all replaced within last 10 years. Interior partially redone, kitchen cabinets have been painted white, driver side cabinets remain original. Has custom curtains throughout. New plumbing and tankless propane hot water heater professionally installed. AC needs to be replaced, fridge/freezer worked perfectly when I was living in it.

I lived in this trailer for a year and it has sat in my driveway for the last 3. Would like it to have a home on the road getting the love it deserves. Great size and ready to finish however you want!
