I have had this trailer for many years and I’ve changed the vacume brakes over to modern electric trailer brakes. It has brand new tires all the way around custom made table bunk in the front made of butcher block and all butcher block countertops. I removed the bathroom and put in a full-size sink and faucet, perfect for a tiny house style living. There is a great vented Cadilitic propane heater, and a propane furnace. I repainted the total inside a nice cream, white. Also i put new pergo floors throughout. I just lowered the price because i really want this to go to its new forever home.
