Looking to sell my 31 ft. 1984 Excella. Purchased a 25 ft Airstream soon after to accommodate smaller family. The exterior is solid, windows are functional and in good working order. Also has a Zip Dee awning. The interior is decent and original. The floor is solid throughout the trailer. Only soft spot is around rear toilet area. Seems dry inside with no leaks to my knowledge. When I purchased I pulled to mechanic immediately to have axles, tires, brakes etc looked over.
