Good, mostly original condition. Can be used as is or can be refurbished if desired. This was used on weekends at a hunting camp for years and is from Kentucky, but spent most of its life in Florida. Have owned this since the early 2000s.
I was going to make this a rental, but it’s too large for my plans.

It has 2 new a/c Dometic units, new potty, bathroom sink, new tires, and newly upholstered couch, & dinette. The awnings are in excellent shape. New automatic jack, & stabilizers. Newly rebuilt water heater. Has the original propane tanks. New floor. Subfloor was replaced in the front quarter.

Has a few issues: blinds/curtains are in poor shape, shower needs refinishing, needs new fridge & microwave, furnaces need attention, & has a few minor dents and scratches. The underbelly needs some new flashing in the front and it has a dent in the rear bumper.
