Bathroom is still original with new toilet.

Subfloor was just recently repaired by Airstream ( I have all receipts that show over $4100 of work done on subfloor, electrical, etc)

New converter ($450)

New batteries

Recessed lighting

3 Fan-Tastic Fans with lifetime warranty and still have the receipts ($900).

Walls have been primed.

Camper still needs to finish being sealed on the outside.

All over head cabinets are still original.

All water pipes are still in. Tanks have been checked for leaks.

Screens and windows are all good.

Underside was patched by Airstream.

No hot water heater.

We are military and are moving a lot sooner than expected and do not want to bring an unfinished project with us. Please feel free to ask and all questions.
