I am the second owner of this trailer; I lived in it full time with 2 dogs for almost 4 years. EVERYTHING WORKS! Due to my stupidity, I never transferred the title when I purchased it, so it needs a title. This can be obtained pretty easily if you have a truck to tow it to get inspected. I do not have a truck

The outside skin is in great condition! Inside, needs a little TLC some soft floor spots, some vinyl corner spots, maybe new carpet/couch without dog hair! It was a great home for many years, even in winter. NO LEAKS EVER. I would suggest replacing tires if towing more than 100 miles, only because I never changed them and I do not know how old they are.
