33’ 1986 airstream in good shape structurally with no leaks or major malfunctions. Trailer hydraulics in working order. Air conditioner and heater both working without issues. The excella is equipped with two large propane tanks on the tongue of the trailer. All windows and doors are functional and without damage. The metal was mirror shined approximately five years ago, and will still retain a beautiful shine with a wash. All awnings and exterior accessories are functioning as well as all electronic components inside.

Previous owner applied a tile backsplash in the kitchen area which comes with a working propane stove and oven. There is no refrigerator with the unit. Tires are all in decent shape and were able to pull the unit without issue from Houston to marble falls.

There is a small dent on the back corner of the trailer, and a couple of the marker light covers will need replacing.
