TRAILER DETAILS

BEDROOM: Queen size Tempur Pedic rear bed and a huge clothes closet, lots of built in dresser drawers, built in storage under the bed accessible without moving the mattress and 4 overhead storage cabinets. Ample storage for everything you need year round.

HALLWAY: A very large for an Airstream , 5 ft in length closet for hanging clothes with an upper storage cabinet. I had large towels on one end with jeans stacked on the other end. I also installed a new multi directional hallway fan for airflow perfection. And there is a full size mirror in the hallway as well.

BATHROOM: A huge shower with a large sitting bench and pop up exhaust fan. This has the largest shower you will find in most Airstreams. Everything is fully functional with a new hot water heater. The new porcelain toilet sits high, the wall cabinet has a mirror and 8 glamour lights with multiple shelves inside, there is a built in dirty clothes hamper, a large mirror from wall to wall over the sink and storage shelves behind doors under the sink as well. The sliding pocket door provides privacy and also has a full size mirror on the outside facing the hallway.

KITCHEN: You’ll find a double sink, removable sprayer faucet head, ample room in the 2 door storage under the sink I have a large recyclable plastic bin on the left side and a large trash bin on the right side with ample storage for all my cleaning supplies behind the bins. There is a built in spice rack behind the stovetop. Lots of overhead storage, a new large refrigerator and freezer, microwave and toaster/steamer/convection oven. There is a ton of storage everywhere, under the refrigerator, over the microwave, under the microwave, several deep drawers that pull out. I removed the dinette for a work desk and rolling chair that fits perfectly in the space with a double door pantry on top of the wheel well. Use the desk for dining or a work space.

LIVING AREA: I removed the old built in dusty couch and built a large bench seat the width of the trailer. In the picture you will see a cabinet with two basket drawers and a TV on top currently. This can be whatever you want it to be. A built in couch, a built in daybed or entertainment center. There are 2 overhead storage bins along with functioning controllers for black and grey water. All new flooring throughout, windows wrap around the entire living area and new privacy curtains installed. A new fantastic fan was installed in the center of the living room as well as a new rooftop AC. You’ll find a built in bookcase, a good size “junk” drawer and large overhead cabinet.

Installed a new roof AC unit and then later added a new mini split Air Conditioner/Heater w/thermostat. It operates like a household air conditioner, silent and very energy efficient.
