brought up to date with a number of added appliances and new features (details below). All of
the attention and care means this rig is reliable, clean and ready for you and your family to take
on your next vacation.
Replaced: Have replaced the following: axles, door steps, refrigerator, furnace, microwave, gas
hot water heater with dual source, (gas and AC electric), plumbing pipe drain valves, water
pump, all faucets (kitchen, bathroom and shower), toilet, (porcelain), front drapes, battery
charger with Magnum charger/inverter, lead acid batteries with Lifeline AGM, light fixture bulbs
with LED.
Upgrades: The following upgrades have been made: replaced carpet with linoleum flooring,
replaced existing wheels with 16″ Sendel alloy wheels and Michelin tires, front tinted window
covers, awnings (driver’s side and rear), aluminum backsplash around kitchen and bathroom
counter tops, two fantastic vent fans in ceiling vents, catalytic heater, replaced TV cable with
satellite compatible cable, added two flat-screen televisions in bedroom and living room area,
and hard-wired surge protector, receiver for bicycle rack and generator or storage box.
Trailer has been stored in a covered facility and owners are non-smokers. Included is a stabilizer
hitch.
