~ Sanded entire frame and coated with rust proof paint (frame is solid, no rust).
~ Installed brand new white, grey and black water tanks
~ Installed aluminum belly pans- completely sealed from elements
~ All new electrical- wired for lights and outlets
~ New Dometic A/C unit -connected and running
~ Shell rebuilt and tested with heavy rains (record rain fall in FL this summer) and found to be water tight
~ Polished and buffed entire aluminum frame
~ Spray foam insulation on entire interior wall/ceiling
~ Professionally restored rims with brand new tires
~ New Fans
~ Brand new Zip Dee Awning- Custom ordered and installed
~ Have design based on flooring layout
