This gem is rocking 1987 fashion with double twin beds, retro shell shower stall, and kitchenette. The couch and dining area seating were removed to make room for a large sectional. Carpet’s been replaced with laminate wood flooring. We purchased last year and added 4 new tires. All utilities worked well at purchase. We’ve used it only for on-farm guests housing with the electric plugged into our house. The stove, refrigerator, and heating unit run off propane and I haven’t turned them on yet. Some updates are needed including installing a new toilet (new one set next to where it will go), re-affixing a bottom panel, and addressing a couple small exterior renovation holes (temporary solution in place). We’d love to hold onto this but have way to many projects at the moment and are ready to send it into the world.

This unit is road ready if you don’t mind using the campground bathroom. With a little work, it can handle all your input and output needs! Comes with title.
