Floor is in great shape.

Gas cans are serviceable, however I would replace when using fulltime.

Wheels and brakes serviced recently for the drive to current location.

Motorized jack, leveling Jack’s and tow gear all present and function for.

Tires are in good shape to move.

99% of the lighting has been converted to LED. I did not wan’t to replace original light fixtures for the flourescent bulbs.

The exterior is currently being polished to a silver bullet finish. The original finish had sun wear all over the plastic coating and was doing the aluminum a great injustice.

All zipdee awnings work like new, and have a like new appearance on the fabric, aside from the space that rests on the metal. Not noticeable.
