This is a great classic unit. It runs and drives well has suspension and steering upgrades. Definitely grabs attention. Generator runs well and both roof airs work and cool. The inside has been up graded with laminate flooring and been converted to twin beds in the rear. Overall good condition. Tires are 2019 with less than 100 miles on them. Zip dee awning is is good condition as well. The outside was polished a few years ago and still looks pretty good. Appliances work and perform. This classic is ready for a new owner to love and take care of it. There is definitely work to be done cosmetic and otherwise. The dash air does not work and the gas gauge does not either. The windows need new felt tracks and some TLC. Please remember this is a Classic that has some quirks but ready to be an amazing unit for someone. I have tons of history on this including original paperwork and brochures. Odometer reads 77,238.
Here are some comments
Shower pan looks good no cracks. Starting battery remains charged and has a shut off switch. Have not noticed any leaks on tanks or valves. There are no leveling jacks on this unit. Rear air bags seem to work but probably lose some air. The pump comes on to air them up and shuts off. No evidence of leaks inside. I have had it since 2011 and have put about 100 miles on it (yes 100) i just never got that into it. It is really cool but I don’t have enough time. There is a picture of a paper with a list of what the previous owner told me was done and there are receipts in the unit. No caulking outside. The windows are in good condition I don’t notice any fogging or chips. Has front disc and rear drums. It is on a standard P30 chassis. It is a 454 has had a tune up according to documentation that I have. There is a list of other mechanical work that had been done. I just put a rebuilt carb on the engine. There is little to no smoke. There is a 2″ receiver on the rear. It is a 1988 motorhome it is not a new unit. It is good how it is but also there are many little things that can be done.
