One owner, kept in climate controlled garage since new. Everything works. 20 some years ago there was an engine issue, and it was replaced with new gm 454. New engine has under 1000 miles. Have all service records and paperwork.

This belonged to a friend of mine that passed away and I am helping sell it for his widow. I have gone through the coach for her and got it running. Replaced all batteries, tires, and fresh water pump. This coach is a time capsule, it looks amazing. Total miles on the RV is 31,314.
