1988 32′ Airstream Excella 1000. Currently registered with clear Texas title. Very roadworthy. All appliances work except for furnace. New batteries this year. New street-side long window awning replaced in 2021 (about $1200). Running gear (axles, brakes, bearings) replaced in 2013 (about $2600) with less than 5000 miles on them to date. Hensley Arrow anti-sway load distributing hitch (faded paint and surface rust but still works well, about $2500 if purchased new today). Good tires, replaced new in 2021. Needs new flooring (currently laminate, not original) with possible subfloor repair. Upholstery needs replaced on sofa and dinette cushions. Water stains on drapes and the cedar lining inside the closet. Beds are not the original curved mattresses, but I think you can still get them. All cabinetry is original. Furnace needs repair or replacement. Minor body damage as depicted in pictures. All photos following the pictures of the tires (starting at photo 61 of 82) are there to show damage and blemishes. Price is negotiable. Buyer is responsible for delivery. We’ve owned it since 2001 (3rd owner) and put the Hensley hitch on it new at that time. We’re selling it because we don’t travel that much anymore.
