We decided to sell our 1989 Excella 29′ even we only owned it couple months we did a lot .
Fixed leaks on water lines and replaced the old couch and did bamboo flooring very durable.
replaced water pump , new rokuu tv also added brand new white led lights . Full size bed and new seating could be to turn into full size bed or two twin its up to you . New adjustable table base . All of the appliances works good original oven , fridge works on propane or electric , ac unit has heat options ,water heater works great , need new batteries but since we hook up our house electric we don’t need it. Front back and side awning works great still original condition. Solar panel (we never used it but seem like working condition). Tires are brand new . Comes with weight distribution hitch.
and tv antenna is big plus. 2 new fans will be included on deal as we haven’t received it yet .
Great condition for its age, off course it could be in better condition but ready to tow away .

We decided get smaller airstream we want to go camping once our busy season over.
