1989 Airstream Excella, 34’ long – $45,000 (negotiable).

Hello there, neighbor! My ex (Stephanie) and I (Katie/KD) are selling our beloved Airstream. We have lived full-time in this RV travel trailer as a tiny home for 3 years. The whole RV has been renovated, as you can see from the photos. All furniture is included in the sale, with the exception of the bed frame and mattress. This adorable Airstream is ready to be picked up and become your new tiny house, backyard office/hobby room, ADU or AirBnb rental! The home is currently parked in a lovely mobile home park in The Dalles, OR. Feel free to reach out and schedule a showing or to pick my brain (ask me about financing/RV loans, required maintenance, negotiating price, more specs, etc).
